Scott - Don't you have HRE's? (545s?)

I'm not ripping on anyone, I just don't think the AT's are nice looking wheels. Something about the spokes ...maybe the curvature...the Carlsson 2/5, which I think look better, have a little flare at the ends...maybe that's the difference...dunno, I can't quite put my finger on it....

It's just that the best looking 5-spokes IMO are pricey wheels. I have been LOOKING for inexpensive 5-spokes for my "beater" and I can't find one (in 20")...even in one piece...that's why I said he probably wouldn't be interested in other $3000+ wheels either (if he's looking at $1600 wheels) so why bother posting them?

Hoops: Well if you're ready to pay upwards of $600 for shipping alone, it can be air shipped and in your hands in a week or so...

I wish...

I got a turbo instead.

The HRE 5xx is a bad *** wheel, though.
I agree about the AT spokes looking a little clunky, but that may compliment some vehicles (not necessarily the SC300).

I can get (my favorite) SSR GT3s in the correct size 18x8.5 F 18x10 R for around $2200. Nice graceful spokes, rivets and a large polished lip...

I've turned into a boost junkie, and changed my spending priorities, Wheels are way down the list. I've neglected some normal maintenance items on things that have broken... "Hmmm replace the fuel needle, or buy an EGT gauge?" "Fix the drivers side door hinge, or buy a new BOV?"

You need to join "BA"....Boostaholics Anonymous! I can't wait to join you! If I keep my GS430, I'm going to add a 'secret' supercharger ('secret' cuz I can't share any details of it yet)...

As for the wheels, for in the $2200 range, you can get a lot of nice JDM 18" and 19" wheels...you might want to look around for some more options. The SSR GT3 is a nice wheel but wouldn't it be nice to have a set of wheels no one else (or hardly anyone else) has?
