Default rolled fenders...paint is chipping...

I had all 4 fenders rolled this past May. The paint on the inside lip is chipping off pretty bad and I'm afraid it's going to rust once winter rolls around (snow state). Can I just apply touch up paint is that good enough?

No its not, you need to apply paint then seal it with clear coat

+1, He's right.

I'm rolling my G35's fenders (Bashing is more accurate).
Im just gonna sand and hit it with a coat of Zinc rich paint on the inside.

You're gonna crack the paint. No getting around it

**EDIT**
Hit it with "ZINC" paint. Make sure its Zinc paint. You'll be good

usually you want to heat gun when you roll the fenders.. you need to make sure you sand the edge of where it flaked off so it doesn't chip off anymore...

+1, it helps, but if you roll it all the way its going to crack almost certainly.

A heat gun was used, but it didn't help much since the lips were rolled flat and slightly pulled. Looks like I'm going to have a body shop re-paint it. I hope it won't cost too much...

Yes zinc paint will do it!!!..just be sure to take your time to sand and prep it all or it won't stick....i would use a heavy grit since it's on the inside....on the subject of rolling fenders did you or anybody put slits in there fender or just heat it up and roll it with the fender roller??

Im reading stuff like rubber mallets and heat guns, can you roll the fenders yourself? I thought you had 2 take it 2 a body shop.

Most body shops wont touch it. They know the paint will crack and they dont want to be responsible for fixing it.

Deep breath and patience. If its gonna get done, you're doing it yourself.
