hey everyone my name is derek im 18 from Boston and i drive a blue 93 sc400
i bought it from my boss at my pizza shop for 4,500 with 150k in it. he's the second owner of this beauty the first owner was an old rich lady who drove it to work everyday
this car is my pride and joy. i treat it as if it was my child. i wash it weekly making sure its spotless. all my friends are amazed by this car when they see it and ask how in god's name i drive sometihng like this.
my car and i have been through a lot. mechanics have told me the engine's dead and offered me 1000dollars for it.
its been side swiped, hit and run, and vandalized...with a cup of soda someone whipped at it for being nicer than their POS honda. even after all this, there is not one scratch on it. i spent the whole night waxing the spots of damage from those 2 moronic people and they all came out. my lexus is shinier than my moms' 2000 camry by a longshot, and when riding in friends 2005+ cars i CANNT wait to get back in my sc. yea its that good.
as far as modifications go, HID headlights, LED city lamps, LED fog light modifications, LED tail light bulbs, K&N intake filter, 28% tints, custom cat-back exhaust.
i drive this car like its brand new. i hardly ever beat on it, just ride slow and in style. besides, whats better cruisin around town durin the summer moon roof down windows down, girl in seat, listenin to some tunes at 1k rpm goin 30 haha <3 the v8
i was a member of lexus owner's club. however, that forum seems to be more problem based things...when i ever came across this site i fell in love. this site seems to have more pride related threads and this makes me really happy to see there are people out there who value the Lexus SC as much as i do. here's to our pride and joy's.

however, i do have a picture right before i did something perfectly legal........ my exhaust is a custom job done by my local shop called Lou's Custom Exhaust. its cat back with all 3 resonators deleted and his own designed muffler. i love them, from inside you can't hear a thing, and outside it has a classy rumble not a heavy chevy sound but when you get on it they scream

I share the feeling about a nice cruiser that can also get a little exciting should the opportunity arise to get it on. Everybody be careful. We don't want to lose anyone.

haha well to let everyone know, we did not actually drag race. it made for a really nice picture. that was my friends oldsmobile alero...which i would have blown the doors off anyways = ]
