Default Looking at SC's, 300 or 400 for 2jzgte swap?

Hey guys, I've basically fallen in love with the 2JZGTE after realizing bringing a skyline through customs is impossible unless you take half the car appart, and put it back together.

The Supra costs too much, and the bank won't let me have a Supra loan... So, I've seen some sexy SC's and I want one now... I've been a subaru guy for the past few years, I've helped build a 450awhp/400tq STI, several of my friends have WRX's, and STI's that I help maintain, I'm getting sick of them, so, here I am.

I'm wanting the manual version of this car, but, I'm not afrade to swap an auto for the Supra 6speed. Which car is going to be the better/easier one to swap the 2jz into? I'm beginning my research now so I know exactly what to get when the money comes in.

Thanks.

I'm looking to buy the car in about 6 months, then by this time next year I'll go for the supra parts, start building the engine, finding a tranny, etc.

I'll look for a 5speed, but, if I find the price is right on an auto, I'll jump on that.

Thanks a ton!

The 5-speed is easier to do the 6-speed swap in. Just like 1SickSC said, you won't have to find/add/change pedals, slave cylinder, ect that the auto is lacking for the manual swap. Wait for a 5-speed car IMO.
