Default Teaser + question...

I figured I would probably get more replies with some kind of enticing picture and I would actually have some better pics but my battery keeps draining and is dead so I couldn't pull it out of the garage, heh. I suspect it's the trunk light but I haven't had time to check it out yet. Assuming it's the trunk light, what/where exactly is the mechanism that triggers the trunk light to turn on and off? Some help would be appreciated, thanks.

I just bought a white SC and I've been dying too see them on some nice wheels to help me pick mine! Damn just put the car in neutral and push her out! (Sorry no idea about the trunk light, just take it out!)

Btw, what are the wheel tire specs?

man, i love potatoes. anyhow, how long does it take to drain the battery? it may not be the trunk light. the trigger for the trunk light might be on the latch itself.

It takes about a day and a half to drain I think. I actually didn't have this problem before I got my car back from the body shop so I figured it's probably not any major electrical problem since the car didn't have the before. I didn't realize it until later cause I was too busy and the body shop is kinda far from me so I'd rather fix it on my own if I can. I figured they must have forgotten to hook something up when putting some of the panels & stuff back together. Any other ideas what would be draining the battery? I don't notice any of the interior lights staying on, but I know they would have taken the door panels apart so maybe something in there if not the trunk light...

F: 245 on 9.5
R: 275 on 11.5

forgot what the offsets were... other than they barely fit, haha... the rear fenders are shaved and fronts rolled. the fronts still rub so probably should have stretched some 235s or raised the car a little bit.

more random stuff that's been sitting around for months that needs to go inside the car... i have most of the rest of the interior to match the steering wheel, but been too busy to work on the car.

Could it be you have a week battery? OR maybe alternator not charging? Does your battery light come on? My alternator was replaced last week due to my car not starting and i found out it was the alternator.

Pop your hood, check if you smell electrical burning, check if you have oil on your alternator, other than that, check if any lights are left on, or are there any cracks on your light lenses. Good luck man
Hmmm... I replaced the battery already so I don't think it's that. The battery will drain even if I just put in a new battery and let the car sit so i don't think it's the alternator either and no electrical smell... hoping it's not a bad ground cause that's going to be a pain to find.

Worst picture ever, but guess what this is? heh
