I'm seriously disappointed.

"Can I have your parts?"

Really?........Buncha Dip s**ts joined.

Got the same thing when mine got totaled.

Go ask Mom and Dad..........

Have some respect for the ones that made these cars, not because you were given one.

Wow, Vinh.

I saw your car at Shine not so long ago.

Man, there are so many lawyers around Little Saigon. I am sure many will take such a lucrative case like this.

If it all works out, heck, you will probably end up getting far more than what you have spent on that car

Yea dude.. the money for compensation is not in the car, it's in the emotional suffering, physical pain, etc. Don't settle for chump change, you deserve much more.

Damn sorry to see that car go. At least you're ok. When my 97 SC got totaled I got a little over 8k. And I still took out whatever I can from it. Taillights, fogs, bigwin lip in pieces, shifter, gauge cluster, hids, seat, headunit, etc. I would find some stock wheels and swap them for your work.

You should go find a lawyer. I know it's a long and difficult process, but it's the only way you won't get screwed. I know what you're going through. When my car got totaled, they didn't give me anything for my car and I got so many PMs from people asking for my parts. Hope everything works out smoothly for you. BTW, keep me updated.

What i'm most likely going to do is buy the car back, take what i want off of it and sell the chassis with the drivetrain. I just don't have the time to swap the motors right now. What i should've done is after the accident towed the car straight to my house, but i towed it directly to the bodyshop thinking it was going to get fixed. Stupid me.

make sure he adds in the full price of the body kit and also alignment of that kit not to mention paint time for it . get a price of the kit give a body shop the pictures of it and get it estimated just for the kit on top of high kbb . i live in nor cal and right now sc's are goin crazy price wise .
I paid almost 4k for mine with shot struts and ps pump leak rear main leak and 256k on it . only saving grace for mine is the 5spd . Don't let them screw you it's your choice what body shop that the estimate comes from .

it doesnt even matter, that damage is soo bad and the kbb or any car price for the sc is soo low that its a total loss.

For the people saying get a lawyer. Their is nothing you can sue the truck driver for. He had insurance so you HAVE to through insurance. Simple as that.

What i would try is telling the company "this total loss estimate is far to low, i have this mod and that so the price should be xxxx but i will accept your offer as long as i get to keep the vehicle."
