Because when all the rice is burned and the internet geeks have all grown, there will still be people who like NICE things and appreciate value in a near flawless example. Home depot gutter mesh would be on their home in such a place.

supra tax?
have people caught on to the greatness of the SC?
remember, 240s were around for 800 bucks running and in decent condition. now people get away with asking 3/4k for a bs rusty car on its last legs.
same thing with ae86
im sure that ISNT what happened with this ebay car..but it makes you wonder.

You got that right. I've been driving Civics since I got my first one brand New in 1988. Had a DX hatchback, and SI coupe, and old '87 4 door DX that I got with 25k miles, and I just put down a rusted and BEAT 94, with 190k. I looked around at the newer civics, and a ton of other cars, but always came back to this SC that I just picked up a few weeks ago. 92 SC400, 60k miles, $7500. $7000 cash, plus my 94 civic. I think I got a good deal. $15k for one with only 13k miles isnt that crazy if its as clean as it really should be with that low miles.

This car is flawless. I saw it on their before the first post. I first thought WOW, but then saw the price, I actually expected that kind of price. If I could buy it I would and never drive it, just to the shows, nothing more, nothing less. Has anyone contacted the seller about it?

it's worth it, i saw the pics of the car he is talking about. the right person will find it too. not that ridiculous if you think about, sc models havent blown up completely yet. some people dont even know that stock sc300 have 2jz motors=/ or even have a clue that there is a twin turbo made for the 4.0 v8 or the type of superchargers you can put on them..

Just because a car has low mileage does not mean it would be a good running car.
Chances are every bit of rubber has become dry rotted and everything else that is wet (involves fluids like oil and power steering, tranny fluid, etc.) will need to be resealed.
Age has just as major of a role in a car's condition as mileage does.

you can't just turn a car into a collectible by not driving it.
it doesnt have everything else it needs to be a collectors wet dream.
its missing the rareness factor, it should have every option which i know it cant because its a 1992, it should be a manual, it should have a hardtop, and it should be RSP or some other super rare color and have a black interior at the least.
