that I could write a book on, but when your buying a PnP kit, it's a rebased bulb working with a housing that is not designed for HID thus, the output will never be as good as OEM, the Retrofit that I have uses a projector from another car that is 'transplanted' into the housing, thus the bulb, reflector or projector work in harmony. They run at a lower 35w too

That's the cliffnotes, you can just search up on here or google there should be tons of information

yes I do, even with my halogens before I had that too, but it's not as big as yours...my guess is that it's the reflection off the wavy part of the chrome. How far back do your projectors sit?

Which cutoff (left/right) are you having problems with? my passenger side is messed up before when I had the 85123 5000K bulbs, but when I switched to the 85122+ it is better, but still there. It's probably the effed up block off plate

I must say very nice indeed. A very nice looking SC by the way... Not too much stuff, yet simple, but awesome looking. Thanks for the post!

my passenger side looks exactly like yours, left side is nice and straight.
I think the projector is sitting too far back.
The cutoff straightened out a ton after I switched from aftermarket bulb to 85122+ as well.

I guess being delined makes a big difference. My output is more distorted above the cutoff line, and I don't think my output is quite as wide.
