it called bump stop driving lol... too low for my blood if the car was mine i would raise it up so you have more clearance such as pot holes, driveways, speed bumps, etc also when your driving and you hit a bump while in a turn you won't bump stop bounce but hey if its your car and don't mind the extra wear on the chassis or the harshness of your ride,or the extra wear on your bushings then stay low

There's about 3-4 inches of gap between the ground and the bumpers so that's plenty I've found. Now if I get 17s again or 18s, I might raise it a tiny bit.
