This is a prime example why ALL OF US SC OWNERS should never sell our cars for anything less than $5,000. Because some people will buy a 1992 SC for 1K or 2K and spend leftover money on tasteless mods and turn it into a ghetto project.

 

I don't condone illegal action but someone needs to put that SC at the bottom of a lake. No use saving it, it's too far gone now.
