Would U? Trade 2jz na-t for stock 2jz-gte
This thought has crossed my mind lately so I wanted to hear other people's opinions about it. So I have a 92 SC300 na-t with a t67 running good and making decent power(450+ hp)....tranny limited(w58). i love my car a lot. Thing is I drive the car daily to work and it's about 50miles a day so I spend quite a bit on gas and so far the car is reliable but who knows what's gonna happen down the line with all this miles adding up(between 250-300 a week). So it has crossed my mind to trade my SC for another SC with a GTE w/BPU since boosting is what they were made for so I'm sure reliability isn't an issue. What mpg do u guys with GTE's get? Let me know what u guys think. Here's a a pic of the car.

If you plan on commuting that far for a while, that might be the better bet for you. On my old 1jzgte setup i got average 21mpg. If the car you are trading with is clean, that wouldn't be so bad.
Is buying a daily out of the option?

what are you using for fuel management
when i was using map ecu piggyback my mpg was horrid among other things , since going aem and getting it tuned by a real pro i actually get around 28mpg on hwy off boost of course and going in and out of boost around 22mpg avg ( and i have 2 pumps , large line from tank to -10 sized fuel rail and 750cc inj)
its all in the tune
if you are not on standalone , i would suggest considering it instead of starting over for a na-t on aem with proper components is quite lethal on the streets
