what colors do you guys think would look good with other colors of pearl
as some of you might know my car got injured a few weeks ago due to a biker....
well.... im thinking about staying black...but putting a different color pearl on it.....
so if anyone has
A: any suggestions of pearl colors on black
B: any picutres of pearl colors on black
i.e. maybe silver, blue, purple, green, red, etc.....
pictures will probably be the most help
even if its just like a quaterpanel
i dont really car what kinda car its on...just what the paint looks like

Well if you're going to add a pearl coat, you might as well have the whole car repainted...it should cost about the same and require the same prep work.
There is a particular black that Toyota used for the Corolla (can't remember the years...I think mid-90's) that looks really nice IMO...why not just repaint your car using that?
I recommend Glasurit or PPG paint...Valspar is cr@p...
I've see a black car with a yellow pearl added (yellow/goldish) and it looked really nice...I know it sounds kinda ghetto but it was a very nice paint job...

If you're going black, I think solid black is the best. A half decent wax job on a flat black car and you have a mirror-glazed show quality ride. Clean as hell. I guess pearling is fun and unique though, so I understand the fascination...

I like the pearls with lighter colors underneath;I've seen black before and it just looked like a dirty black car IMO.
There are some good colors like the Corolla color that was mentioned,or the late seventies Dodge truck color,Starfire black is a good one also.
