Anyone replace their sunroof seal

My sunroof seal is cracking and I wanted to replace it, but the dealer said it comes with the glass and quotes me $800+ for a new sunroof. No way!!!!
Anyone ever replace their seal, any help is greatly appreciated. Bret

I don't think there is a way to get a replacement seal. I personally want to get one too but it is because of wind noise.

They have seals for other car, I wonder if you could use one those. I know it would have to very similar to the oem one.
