I meant the 98's ... But remember you guys; the thread asks if the Solara "reminds" us of an SC ... Not, does it "look like" an SC.
Theres a differance.

I see Solara's all the time, on the HWY when going to work;
and when I pass them beside me, I think "that diagonal stripe, front to rear, reminds me a bit of the SC ..." Also, but not too much, the horizontal stripe in the Tail-Light,
Red over White, is kinda SC-ish too..

Not as identical as say the Lancer GT-S and the the EVO 10, but definitely similar in small details here & there.

anyone on here know who you become a car designer???? totally off topic i know.

ive confused solaras for sc's. also for a 240 once..its was an older one. and it was night lol. it was a solara for me before i found my sc on autotrader.

Its the plainer 99-00 Solara that I think is a closer resemblance.
