little update.. I marked the crank pulley with a sharpie and turned the car on and it made the same noise so i turned it off and checked, and the lines were still lined up.
Also I stared it up without the belt and it was dead quiet.
My belt tensoner has always made little popping noises and when you spin it freely without the belt, you can feel that the bearings are bad.
I just have no idea if that's it still.
It seams REALLY REALLY loud for it to be that, and i dont want to pay $200 for it not to be that.

haha i pulled my belt off and turn the car on just to see if it might maybe be the belt and guess what no noise!!!!!!! awesome so im buying a belt first, also spun everything by hand to see if i could feel, see, or hear anything and im pretty sure i have a bad bearing in the tensioner. its pretty noisy..
