I'm trying to make sure everyone knows exactly where I stand with this project...

I will know the exact time frame by the end of next week. Expect payments to be due first week of November and to receive the lights 3-4 weeks later. That's the time frame I am looking for, making sure results are quality. I don't want to rush the production, but don't want it to take forever either.

yeah i was waiting for Top Hat for his stuff too..... So im in, please add me. Will you make it for the 97+ fogs too? or is that asking too much?

At the moment, we will only offer the headlights. If somewhere down the line, I find that there is a market big enough, and people actually digging the quality, then yes.

I'd prefer to have one lens mastered to do many different ones but never have them perfect. I know you understand.

Ultimately you are cutting off the front of the factory lens, along a pronounced edge already built in to the OEM lens with a trusty dremel and cutoff wheel. The whole process should not take too long if you are at least somewhat handy with a dremel. Once the lens has been cut out you will be able to install the lens I supply right over and seal. This retains the factor clips and all the inner working of how the lens return works. Also, it allows someone who does not want to oven bake their lights to install this lens with ease.

Once these are available to the public I will have a very detailed write up.

The lens is right around 1/8" thick acrylic that is made for uses like this.
I studied the pics for 10 minutes after reading this and I am still confused on how it works
