You might just have a dry rotted seal on one of the bulb sockets.

Hey all,

I've had this problem for a couple weeks now and it gets all fogged up and everything. I drilled a small hole in the tail light to drain, but wondering if anyone can point me in the direction to find a manual to take off tail light?

Just pop the trunk liner off on the side and rear and there are 4 10mm nuts holding the light in. No problem at all.
