so i just noticed my wiper nozzles arent spraying (yes, the reservoir is full lol). i don't hear the motor for it running, i'm hoping maybe its just a fuse for it. i cant find my manual, if there is a fuse for it where is it? its annoying not being able to clean the windshield on the move.

Wiper works but nozzle motor doesn't? Maybe the connector is not properly plugged in? Check the junction fuse block.. it should say wiper...

You can test the motor or inspect the hose. You mentioned that you do not hear the washer motor so the connector is probably not connected or you probably already have a bad washer motor.
