Default ECU and questiins

Does anyone know what kind of difference there are between the Weapon-R and www.lexussc400.com ECU?

By the way, the stock tires on the SC400 are 7 inches wide right?

lexussc400 i believe reprograms your ECU... Weapon R makes a piggy back unit that you splice into your ECU.

As far as what changes are made... I'm not positive, but if memory serves the weapon R does:

Timing
Shift Points
Fuel/Air Map
more?

MadMaxSC400 you out there?

I'm not sure what the lexussc400 ecu does... try searching thu past posts... ECU's were big about 2 or 3 months ago

That's all correct. I don't know what the sc400.com chip does either, but I like my setup.

The W-R ECU is a well thought-out and dyno-tuned upgrade, the lexussc400.com ECU is nothing other than timing changes, no fuel, shifts, lockup, etc.

If you mean wheels, 16x6.5 for SC3 (unless it's an early one with the turbine rims), 16x7 for SC4.

We now have our FULL COMPUTER UPGRADE available which has improvements for timing & fuel mapping.
http://www.lexussc400.com/cgi-bin/st...i?product=chip
We will also be doing a dyno soon and we'll post the results of the stock ecu compared to our Full Computer Upgrade.

If you have any other questions, send an email to Tony@lexussc400.com

Thanks

That's one EEPROM... a full computer upgrade would be like the MiNes chip where the whole ECU, PCB's and all are replaced with a different setup. I'd like to get my hands on one of those for sure.
Tony: what happened to the other guy running the site?
His name was Chris I think, didn't he have a white SC400 too?

Why does your website say you guys are the only one to offer a full ECU upgrade for the SC4? Also, for $1449 for full ECU with N2O program (you put NOS in the ad, that's a brand, it's not nitrous), I could do a standalone for that kind of money. I'm curious too, since he f#cked me so many times, what happened to Chris? And Chad?

I think the mileage is better than it used to be, although I haven't measured it. I'm now wondering if the expensive version of that computer upgrade they sell could be the MiNes chip. It'd need to be re-run and reprogrammed since the Japanese have very high octane gas, but if it was that thing would be worthwhile, assuming of course it is the MiNes with the revlimit change and all that.

Default LexusSC400.com ECU

O.K.

Let us set a few things straight again for the records!

#1 Lex: We never ******ed you.
You wanted us to sell you a torque converter at cost and somehow get your dealership to foot the bill, nice try.
Our ad says NOS upgrade because that is what the common people relate to.

#2 Our computer is simply superior to a piggy back system that you could pick up for $399. If you want, we will start to stock this item.

#3 Instead of listening to paid advertisements by CERTAIN club lexus members who are involved with weapon-r, TRY THE DAMN COMPUTER OR TALK TO SOMEONE WHO HAS, IT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF! My dad can kick your dad's a*s is getting kinda old. We are simply trying to provide products for a niche market, the SC400, which is not that large. If you people keep talking like this you will be stuck with only backyard intakes and other half a*s products.

#4 Chris is working together with Tony and our business is better than ever. We receive 1-2 hits a day from Club Lexus and about 150-200 from yahoo alone.
If you don't like the product don't buy it, it is as simple as that.

#5 We have a new phone # and dedicated fax for the people who like to talk with someone. Check the site for more info.
Wanna take a ride in my SC400 like many other people that live in Southern CA area, schedule through tony@lexussc400.com
