Difficulty of a v8 to 2jz swap (1-5)

Difficulty of a v8 to 2jz swap (1-5)
On a scale of 1-5, how hard is it to put a 2jz into an SC400 engine bay?
Are the engine bay's the same size/layout?
I'm most likely purchasing an SC400 with no engine or transmission. I plan to put a 2JZ into it and from as much as I've gathered. I should just have to get the right motor mounts, run the wiring harness and put an SC300 cluster and ECU in. Should everything else bolt right up??? Or will there be many more issues?

I got a factory v8 sc with a 1Jzgte. its using the factory tach, it reads like 2k higher than the engine really is. You might run into the same if you want to run with the stock tach.
