its probably pretty quiet. most mufflers that are non canister style are normally quiet and its only rear sections so the resonators are still there.

normally i like quiet and comfort but for my exhaust i wanted the loudest possible i could get... and it sounds lovely

I got the exhaust mounted. Install was super easy. No issues at all. I just tightened the bolts to where I thought it should be... Total install was less than a half hour.

I don't have any sound clips yet, since I installed this thing at 1-2 am in the morning. I will have some soon. Im gonna wait till I have time during the day to really rev it up hard with out pissing off the neighbors. I took it for a drive after the install and I am impressed. The tone is deep but not obnoxious. It is loud when you punch the gas, the rest of the time it just gives a tone noticeably deeper and louder than stock. Cabin drone isn't bad.

I sat in a honda accord with a megan exhaust and it had horrible drone. You could barely hear yourself talk. So that is what Im using in my compare and contrast. This system on the sc, with windows rolled up, is quite peaceful till you punch the gas.

I was expecting louder from the review on g35's, but what I got is perfect. I can always remove the resonators and go all 2.5 piping if I want a increase in sound. Don't get it confused this thing is quite loud straight bolted on.

my daily driver is a 2002 volvo s40 turbo. I have all 2.5 piping after the first cat. Second cat and all resonators are removed going to a magnaflow stret series muffler. This system on the sc is louder than that but still refined. But I think that mainly because the sc is a v6 while the volvo is a 4 cylinder.

This is comparable to a tanabe as someone else said. My brother has a xb that had a ebay muffler (loud), then he switch to a tanabe medallion series (perfect). The tanabe is deep and loud without being obnoxious when you want it to. This system reminds me of that.

The construction was good. Not fitting issue so far. I will take a closer look in the day. The titanium tips are ok. Would of been nicer if the actual tip was titanium and not a add on. For the price, you can't complain I guess.

Here are some photos mounted. I took the car for a 2 am car wash at the gas station. This is the last time Im taking my car though one of those washes!!! I came out and 2 of my right rims front and back had minor scrapes/rash about 1 inch long!!! Dont mind the F'ed up bumper either. I bought the car that way. Im in the middle of trying to figure out if I want a shine kit, jic magic kit, or oem 97 rear and side, with a oem 92 lip.

Not a fan... slip on Titanium burnt tip is cheesy. What is below it? Just the original non burnt tip?

how do they stay on? Is it screwed in after you slip it on?

the ebay seller sold a lot of stuff for 300ZX...they were good qulaity for less expensive products.

I was somewhat skeptical about the addon tips. Im still trying to decide if I like the tips myself. Im gonna give it a few more days. If anything I can just take them off and itll be polished tips. which look good themselves.

The tips slip on then you hold the in place with a allen bolt and nut. It uses the hole at the bottom of the muffler tip. The titanium tip itself has about 5-8 holes for mounting, I would say for adjustment in or out.
