Horn sounds like a goose

Does anyone else's sound like this too? I replaced my stock horn with an aftermarket horn, and it sounds EXACTLY the same. Could there be something wrong with the wiring somewhere that is causing this sound, instead of a loud blow?

It's all in the horn. But do check to see if the supplied voltage is within specs.
