Default Anyone know if the older Intrepid Foglights will work also? They match better

They seem to have more lines and not be clear like the stock foglights than the 98+ intrepid fogs.

They also look really similar. Wondering if they will fit like 98 ones do or are a different shape.

thanks

I am about as laid back as it gets. Just too easy to pass up. The search comments get old, especially when you apparently haven't even read the post first

It's really easy you just take off all the black trim ring around the foglight.
That's all there is to it really, either break it off with pliers or what I did was sand it down with a stone on a buffer. Took 5 minutes to do both. Then you'll cut your cars harness and the foglight harness and put some male/female connectors on that are 3 bucks for the box and you are done. I also got some bright white bulbs to match my 6k hids i believe they are H3. Its funny that these fit right in there exactly perfect, wonder why...and who figured it out

Just trying to figure out if the older ones are the exact same shape with a different lens because that matches the oem fogs more

Spider wow thanks so they do fit, it looks like those fit without taking the black trim ring off either. Im sure some cutting is required

Those seem to match the headlights and high beams more than the other ones and match the oem 97+ lights more.

What do yall think?

Thanks snook..... Ok what year was those from? I think its better to keep the black trip ring right so that it prevents the water from sipping in between the edges and protect the lense from the water to go inside?

Looks very good. I was thinking of getting the OEM fogs too but i didn't want to spend $300 for a new one. The intrepid is definitely the way to go.... Is the light direction still adjustable?

on the 98+ intrepid lights you have to remove the ring to fit the lights in the bumper, it doesnt affect anything water wont get in the lights.

Which intrepid lights do you like better the 98+ clear or the 97 and pre pictured above?

yeah they are adjustable theres a screw in front of the light

the pre pictured above looks good simply because there is no screw in front of the lense or maybe I just can't see it. If there is a screw there, I'd probably get the 98+ clear.
