Yeah. Someone recently gave me $2500 for a $250 item. Needless to say, I got 2 checks.. 1 was good, 1 was really bad. Same scam.

almost happened to me once when I sold a pocketbike on craigslist for $200 as well. Guy sends me a money order for $1000 though... I'll find him if u joog me wit dat exhaust Lol.. But what exhaust is it still for sale?

Yea, as soon as i found out they were fake money orders i called my bank asap and told them what happened and told them to take the money out my account so they did and never closed my account..

yes they tried to scam me also when i had my paintball gun, they sent me 1500 check looks legit but when i went to the bank to cash it... it did not go threw.... i believe hes from Nigeria also
