frustrations......why is it that everything from egay has to be 100%, authentic rice?

my gifts were the following.

window visors.
chrome door sills.
strut bar.
and the mystery package from texas, i'll reveal it. 97+ tail lights!

window visors = HORRIBLE fittment.
chrome door sills = nothing short of pathetic pieces of silver plastic.
strut bar = doesn't fit.
97 tails = not here yet, but didn't come from EGAY so i assume they will be worth every penny.

here are pics

What the heck, my eBay visors fit perfectly, maybe you didn't line it up right?

And was the strut bar meant for a SC3 because my old eBay bar on my first SC fit fine

thank you very much about the color compliment. i'm a huge fan of midnight pearl.

and yeah, 50 dollars for the visors, and 30 dollars for the door sills!

hmm. maybe yours were just better ones? cause i lined them up with the square edge against the B pillar. so basically right where the front window stops heading towards the back of the car, but the edges as you can see in the picture extend out over the miror housing, which obviously is too long...

i'll have to cut them. also, how did yours attach? these are just flimsy adhesive strips

Attached by 3M double sided tape. Far from flimsy.. that tape is super strong. People use it for side skirts, etc.

You applied it on the chrome trim right? I can't tell if you might have installed it below that which would explain why it came out too long

Get rid of the door sills and go on the GS classifieds where you will find these door sills.....

Don't mean to thread jack....just wanting to help a fellow member out. Not too hard to do....just need to grind down the back end of the metal until its flat and just take some 3M tape to the back and your set to go. I'm pretty sure this is the look your going for and it only costs less than 35 shipped if you look around.
