The whole center area that goes down to the carpet and that the radip bezel and center console storage are attached to.

Are there instructions on this anywhere?

does the dash need to come out to get this off anyone know?

remove the cup holder in the middle.. by pulling up on it..
pop off the shifter bezel .. after you take off shift ****.. remove those parts ..
remove a few screws from under the cup holder and shifter bezel..
now take off the center counsel trim...
inside the arm rest .. pop off the little round caps.. screws under there.. and theres a fake bottom to the center arm rest. take that off.. 3 screws under there..
there are 2 screws one on each side at the corner near the gas pedal.. and other side as well..
then i think it should come up.. im sure im missing a few screws .. but.. if you pull on it.. fallow it to wear its not budging.. and unscrew it..

i know its bad directions .. but i hope this helps..
