don't do nothing to the vertex ridge kit. If you want to do it right, get a different set of wheels, more aggressive where you can fit a better tire on it.

My friend has a JIC kit and the front bumper matches up pretty close with the wider fenders.

I agree the wheel offsets are horribly wrong on this car... and which sucks because i want to buy a new set of rims with the correct offset.. but these volks with bad offsets are hard to sell...

well those are bad offsets for the wide body. They should be decent for stock body car.

What exactly are the wheel specs

Take off the canards.

Walk ten feet and face the car.

Drive away smiling.

imo, I think that adds too much to the front. Why not trying it w/ out them? That may work out for you.

Just curious, how much did you buy that car for?

i think it looks awesome the way it is with the canards and everything. The BN sports front would look good on it too, but that's just as aggressive so you might not like that. Color matching is going to be biznatch if you only get a front bumper too. I think once you get better fitting wheels, the whole stance of the car will match the front end. What are the specs on those current volk's? Those wheels look good, but the sizing is a little off like you said.

I've never seen a vertex ridge widebody in person before. You have to bring it out sometime so i can get all googly eyed over it.

Looks really good as-is. (I'd leave it, and if anything just take the canards off.) I bet that paint is pretty hard to match perfectly..

you will regret it. that vertex ridge kit is extremely rare, and honestly, the color combo you got is #1. I wish I had that, and would trade my stock SC for it in a heart beat. Like I said, if you got some 18" wheels on there, with 255/40 up front, and 295-305/35 in the rear, you would be set. +25 offset in the rear, +27+28 up front.
