For an SC300. Are manual and auto clusters (97+) the same, or do the Manual clusters have no Park/Reverse/Drive lights in the center?

Also, are the wiring harnesses the same in the Auto and Manual 97+ sc300's?

I've got another question.... When doing a 2jz Gte... What ECU is used? Do I need a Supra GTE ecu? OR Will a GE ecu from a SC3 do the same thing? I'm going to be using the 97 wiring harness, will it need modification?

U need a GTE harmess , and GTE ECU and Harness from an Aristo and the GE harness from your 97 SC send it to Tweak and he will make you one harness that will be PNP with your car.
