Default spacers in front. hows this? but how do i tighten them correctly??

I picked up some spacers today. The gap in the front annoyed me. This may be stupid but my question is how do you tighten these spacers correctly? I never ran these types of spacers before. These are the ones with the studs built into the spacer so I can run stock studs.

When i put the spacer on and tighten the bolts to hold the spacer to the stock lugs, the rotor keeps turning. how am I supposed to torque it if I cant get enough torque since the rotor keeps turning?? When I remove and put on the wheel. I tighten hand tight then lower the car to the ground and torque. this cant be done to tighten spacers of course.

I told my girlfriend to get in the car when it was jacked and press on the brakes. That didnt really work. I dont know if she didnt apply enough pressure but it slips eventually and the rotor moves not allowing me to torque. I just tightened it hand tight but I dont think its tight enough for regular driving.

Can some one let me know the proper way?

I put them on tonight, 15 mm's. The fronts are now 19x8.5 +0 . What do you guys think?

These are the only pics I was able to take tonight.

Im gonna get some 3mm spacers for the rear to even it out now.

have your g/f turn the car on then press the brakes.

The front offset looks perfect. Just have somebody hold the brakes down while you install the spacers.

Don't drive on them hand tightened. Like everyone said, have someone step on the brakes harder. Starting the car will allow the power brakes to give more force. I used an impact gun to tighten mine. It's not the most recommended way for some but it's always worked for me.

Don't overtorque those aluminum spacers. 70-75 ft/lb is the max to go. I torqued mine at 75 ft/lb.
