Pretty cool, but I don't see it being of any practical use. I wouldn't mind having it all though.

The practical use here is that there is unlimited range! I think it will be loads more useful when 2way works.

Example:

Your ACROSS the country, and someone is tampering with your car. You call a freind or family memeber to go check up on the car! I think thats pretty cool.

It's a bit laggy, but for it's primary function as a remote start one second doesn't really make a difference.

Neat "toy". Everyone here knows I am an iPhone wh@re, and previously owned 3 car audio stores, masters installer, blah blah...... With everything in my experience portfolio combined I have decided it's just too much fluff. I appreciate the gadget aspect of it and lord knows I make my iPhone do things a full size computer shouldn't have to since I am part of development on the OS X mobile platform......... but I was an installer long before I was an iPhone enthusiast and this is just one of those things that was only done because it could be done. Not because it was the better way to do it.

It's cool.... I'd use it about 3 times and toss the app in favor of my key fob. Thank you for being a fellow Apple wh@re and electronics enthusiast though.

I agree. I mainly did it just because I could and the company I work for happened to have a good accommodation on it to make it more reasonably priced.

One thing that will be nice is two-way capability for push alarm notification. That would be a feature I would find at least somewhat useful, seeing as I seem to be prone to parking lot damage.

And I do love Apple products.

This is pretty cool. I might pick one of these alarms up since I've got an iPhone and an iPod Touch. Thats a pretty impressive O.L.T. I never knew you were so good with electronics.

It currently only works with the iPhone. I would think they would develop an app for other phones at some point.
