Well, the car is still being a straight *****. Taking this trans out sucks a lot. This will be the 3rd time taking it out and im finally giving up and letting a pro do it. Hope to have it running by the end of the week. That would be an awesome present.

haha, I dont like to keep cars. I like to enjoy them for a little while and then move on to something else. I do like this car and I have some plans for it, so we will see.

UPDATE!!!!!
Changed Oil
Changed Trans Fluid to Royal Purple Syncromax
New ARP flywheel bolts
New fill plug from Toyota
New bolts for the yoke comming off of the trans
Washed it today

AND I SAVED THE BEST FOR LAST

IT RUNS AND DRIVES! I have been waiting so long to drive it and it was just one thing after another trying to get this back together. This is the first clutch install and I feel like it went really well and I feel confidant to do it again

Leaving tomorrow to go to Pull-a-part to get some INTERIOR!!!

Obviously everything needs to be cleaned up a little. I got all of those peices for $60. I think it was a really good deal considering they match the color of the car. I got all of the peices from the Pull-a-Part in Birmingham, AL. The car was really stripped except for the interior. I have a few more things to buy (carpet, center console parts, door pannels) but I am more focused on the carpet at the moment.

Where'd you relocate the battery to, the floor? Looks like it had just enough slack.
