Default Motor Swap: no ecu vs ecu but costs more

Not the best title but i tried to make it search friendly. So anyways i came accrost a deal on a aristo gte and was wondering what u guys thought, they want 1300.00 shipped for engine only. It has no wiring harness and no ecu just the motor. So i was wondering if i should just wait two more weeks and go for a 1900.00 complete motor with ecu and harness. Or is it pretty easy to find the ecu and harness that i need??? thanks guys.
