Default 97 spoiler removal...

I've searched but I didn't find anything on the subject. What I'm trying to figure out is, what do I use to cover the 4 holes after the spoiler is taken off? Or does anyone with a black truck w/o a spoiler want to trade me straight up? Thanks

Will these plugs prevent water from entering my trunk?
