Default Phillips 8000k HID for $550..

Hey, my friend sent me this link, and I was wondering if anyone has ever been here and seen what these guys have to offer, heres the link..

http://www.gt-sport.com/

they have a 8000k kit for 550? is that a good kit, i am new to the HID scene if thats what you would call it. just checking to see if thats a good deal, and a good product or not, also maybe it could help some people out since they have S-AFC for $275.

I like how the it says "Philips 8000K HID" and there's a picture of a Hella ballast and Hana bulbs. Need I say more?

Actually I do need to say more...

From the website...
This is a plug and play kit and this kit comes with 2 Phillips Ballasts 2 HID Xenon D2S 35W bulbs made by Osram.
Wrongo! Osram doesn't make 8000K bulbs because they are a respectable company with a reputation to maintain.
