I believe that's what WeaponR sells as the piggyback ECU,pre-programmed,for around $800.I got one from them and it works great.
There's another company coming out with one, with software to use your laptop to tune with, for around $300-$400.The company is called dynotuner.com,or something.

Hermosa, you've hooked me with those few words from your last post...
Will this be new/different from what they currently offer? What is the timeframe for its release? Where did you hear about this?
I'm very intrested in getting something like this. Being in MI means my ability to bring the car to Weapon R and Leo for tuning is kinda limited. I'd love to be able to get the gains and tune at home.

Did you purchase through Weapon R or Unichip? Is the HP's gain noticeable. Did it increase you rev limiter, and eliminated the Top speed limiter?

I purchased the unit from WeaponR,pre-programmed since I didn't have dealer status/software with the company(Unichip),and figured that Leo @ WeaponR had a pretty good grip on the whole tuning thing anyways.
It's amazing what timing and fuel will do;I didn't notice any difference in the rev limiter, but the car is much nicer to just drive now.
The computer we're talking about is a processor that tweaks the signals to the ECM so that the timing and fuel are always the same;the wierd factory adaptive crap doesn't matter since the processor keeps things consistent. What this means is no more short shifting first gear and bogging, and a good clean lean-out every time you hit the gas up through the gears.
I was thinking about trying to collect the parts needed to make the car into a 5 spd,but now it's just fine after the piggyback install.
I've never had the car up much more than around 140(whew),so I can't tell you anything about the speed governor.

Okay guys, I have emailed the company soo as I hear back I will post. Well earlier i got to look at the dealer list it was available. Now its not :-( (It sounded like a reputable product, cuz Porsche dealerships sells them.)
Lexus SC400 Results
"This car picked up an average 27 RWHP and 27 ft-lbs of RWTQ with the last 500 RPM picking up over 30 and some RPMs picking up almost 40. This is on a stock car with only a k&n air filter. "
The site states it should sell for approx 600$. My car is a 96 so i think this might be my only option..
