Default intrepid foglights on an sc?

i keep seeing posts about intrepid foglights being fitted onto 97 sc bumpers. what is the ruckuss about these? how do they look installed and what kind of work is needed to make them fit? anyone done this mod before? pics anyone? to me it sounds like a ghetto rig. but if it actually is easy and looks nice, i'd like to see some photos.

Looks pretty close to the stock oe fogs. I think the ruckus is due to the pricing. Marginal gap/fitment yet way cheaper than OE fogs.

did someone say Rawkus?...jk

That's a cheap way of getting fogs instead of spending 200-300 for a set. They're also clear lenses.

I think the bigger question is has anyone cleared the OEM SC Fogs? That would be ideal, IMHO.

I personally like OEM stock one better too, yes they cost more but I think they flow better with the car. Can't beat the price on these tho!

TopHat made a couple clear factory fog lenses... Before the whole operation crumbled.

You should get with the guys making those headlight covers where you cut the factory lenses off- I think his name was LiCelsior? Maybe they will make some. Not sure how their sales are going w/the Lowbeam lenses??
