Brother if you are down in San Diego I'll help you out, Paying a shop 200-400 dollars to swap springs is just plan old silly to me. Look for the link to see D.I.Y. on how to swap them it's easy brother. All you need is regular tool kit, which you have at home, jack, two jack stands and a buddy to help. If down in SD shoot me a pm.

I get my car serviced at Project Import. They will probably charge you 140 dollars 2 hours of labor..

Yea I'd let at my ride as well, and 140 is not bad at all. IMO while they are down there have them check out the shocks too, when I changed over to the espliar and stillen spring set up I noticed that swap the front shocks out!! look for black stuff.
