Mk4 supra rims...
do the turbo and n/a both have the same factory rims?

turbo has 17s to clear BBK, where as N/A has 16s as stock

No, mk4 turbo wheels are 17x8 in the front and 17x9.5 in the rear
mk4 na wheels are 16x8 in the front and 16x9 in the rear....
here is a pic of my sc with mk4 turbo wheels...Does clear the BBK.

i dont get why most of the sc community thinks thee wheels look good...i think they look horrible. IMO the Is300 rims look the best for oem wheels.

They are ugly but it gets the job done. Its wide enough in the back to have traction and can clear Supra BBKs

I thought they were ugly too but they grew on me after a while. I'd only get the chrome ones though.
