Default Time to Buy Spacers But Which Sizes?

Hey guys, I am finally ready to buy spacers asap to improve the fitment of my wheels and I need some advice.

My current wheel and tire specs:

Wheels Sizes: 19x8.5 and 19x9.5

Wheel Offsets: +38 and +45

Tires Sizes: 235/35/19 and 265/30/19

I just want to make the wheels a little more flush. I like the more performance oriented look so I am not going to run stretched tires nor dump the car with crazy camber.

So with that said. I am thinking of possibly getting a 10mm spacer for the front and a 15mm for the back, which would give me an effective offset of roughly 30mm for front and back.

My fenders have been mildly rolled before the paintjob and I am willing to shave off the rears and the fronts if necessary and I might lower the car .5 inch at the very most down the road.

So would a 10mm/15mm be best for my needs? How about 15mm/15mm?

For those that have not seen my car, here are some recent pictures

An older picture showing how sunk my wheels are:

Thanks guys for the input

If you are stuck on the wheels just measure from the lip to where you want them to sit in relation to the fender and buy a corresponding spacer. OR you could buy new barrels if they are at least a 2 piece wheel.

But from just looking a 15mm rear and a 25mm rear would get you to the fender. Be prepared to do some rolling.

it would be better if you measured from where your tire is currently and counted the mm to where you want it to be as everyone's opinions will differ

fyi 25mm is approximately 1in

make sure the spacers are hubcentric!

i was thinking 10F 15R. the crazy, stretched, offset, hellaflush stuff is cool and all.. but not practical IMO. thats why im getting 10mm for the front and 15mm for the rear and also shaving the rear, just because.

Id go with 15 and 25. No cutting needed, but you will need a roll. You dont have to run a super stretched tire, but also dont throw a big meaty tire out back or you may have issues.

I have the exact same wheels specs just 18's with smaller tires (215 245) and Im thinking im gonna need at least 25mm all around, maybe even 35mm up front in order to sit flush.

15/15 should look pretty clean- You're already staggered so I think an even amount will work well and be daily driveable without more fender rolling. (From what I can tell..)

I think 15/20 should be good.

The fenders have been mildly rolled but I will cut them if necessary.

I know it is a subjective issue but I am just trying to find out what is the lowest offset someone can practically run with 8.5/9.5 wheels with 235/265 tires.

I know these are not Lexus SC's but this is the type of fitment that I personally consider perfect and dreaming of achieving:

DPE S20 Gold Leaf 20 x 8.5 and 20 x 10

Toyo T1R 245/30/20 and 285/25/20

9x20 245/30/20 & 10.5x20 295/25/20

Really close to the fender. Check

Barely any negative camber. Check

No Stretched Tires. Check

You might want to check Raine's SC: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...look-here.html

Your wheels specs are similar with his wheel specs:

19x.9.5 +24 on 235/30
19x10.5 +23 on 275/30
Fenders were rolled

I think it's perfect fitment and flush.

So to achieve this fitment for sure you need a 20mm spacers in the front and if I am not mistaken you will need 30mm for the rear.

IMHO
33-35 up front and 27-30 in the rear
its a preference but i agree with you also
on the stretched tire look
i have the same width in wheels only with 18's and i run
245/40/18 up front and 275/35/18 in rear
i will probably go to 285/35/18 in rear next tire change
my offsets are 35 up front and 45 in rear
i used a 11.5mm hubcentric spacer in rear that i had custom made
and run with extended studs
the rear combo works for my street wheel/tire set up
and also for the drag set up i plan on running on the SC also

Raine's car is nice but his wheel fitment/offset isn't a good reference for my needs since both his front and rear tires are stretched by 1 inch (un-stretched, 9.5" wheels needs 265/275 tires)

After going through hundreds of posts of the wheel fitment thread, I found this setup.

Rim Size f/r:
F: 18x8.5 R: 18x9.5

Rim Offset f/r:
F:+20 R:+20

Tire Size f/r:
F: 235/40/80 R: 275/35

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/3826235-post1935.html

So if I want to push it, I can probably try to do

a. 15mm spacer up front and 20mm for the rears = 23mm and 25mm

or

a. 10mm and 20mm for the rears = 28mm and 25mm

or be supersafe

c. 10 and 15mm = 28mm and 30mm

My Volks were 19x8.5 +22 front, not stretched tires, but they were camber'd some.
Needed cut fenders (These pics were taken with the fenders lips sitting ON the tires before being cut.)
The car wouldn't even roll at this point. It wanted to go lower. Tire size was either 225 or 235/35/19? Can't recall:
