Default Best place to buy good parts?

I need a new drivers side window motor. While I know I could go to the dealership and get a new one, I figure there's gotta be a cheaper place to get one.

While I don't wanna find the CHEAPEST one around and then have it break on me a week after being installed, I figure there's a good middle ground for parts.

Any ideas?

Just try your local junkyard. I don't see you having bad luck and having it go out again.

Car-parts.com will show you local junkyards with parts.

Ebay's a great great source. Google shopping works as well.

RockAuto has been outstanding so far. You can always find a lil cheaper and a "better deal" but for customer service and incredibly fast order to ship times; for me ,so far, they are second to none and the prices have been very reasonable.... Just my $.02

Thanks Aliga, I might take you up on that. I need to do a little more research.

How hard are these to install myself, if I wanted to do it?

Is this what I'm supposed to be looking for? A regulator?
