Default relocate driver fender harness

anyone done this before? my car is over at UAS and their thinking that the driver side might hit when they slam it. I guess Ill wait to hear what Ray tells me tomorrow. :fingers crossed:

yes theres a DIY somewhere on this forum.. on how to relocate the harness.. it will get chewed up if you're too low..

you think it would matter if im only slammed when im parked??

It might be a factor, but considering you are riding on 19's it still might hit the harness. A lot of people just disconnected the harness and ran the wire loom through the engine bay. I however didn't want another wire loom running through the engine bay. I simply cut the existing loom the harness was in to give it more slack and tucked it up higher in the fender well (of course re wrapping the loom).

Even on air i would recommend moving the harness up to a higher spot, it's really not that big of a deal and you don't want to realize that you do need to move it when it's too late.

No, the only concern is in motion because the moving tire would strip the wires and eventually chew through. Relocate it anyway in case you ever decide to ride low, it doesn't hurt
