I prefer NOT to get a refund as it is basically an interest-free loan to the gubment. That being said I usually plan on getting/owing as little as $500 a year. This year the gubment has decided to increase the edumacation tax credits for students (my wife is one) and now, with all my planning am getting back thousands!

I will use a small bit of the refund to:

1) Procure a spare ECU
2) Replace my power anteena (just the antenna)
3) Replace my serpentine (I believe the current belt is 17 years old)
4) Try to find two non-cracked window garnishes (mine r mint but cracked)
