Ok, I got a reply from him and this is what he had to say about why its soo expensive:
From what I understand this is not avaialable in tan, only black, painting these does not work very well, I have many overseas customers that purchase from me, these are hard to find, but thanks for your concern..........by the way, if you can find all you want for $40 in this condition, find them for me, I will pay you double for all you can find !.....Have a nice day........John

Now I told him that I had a tan and gray one both in mint condition that I had priced at $40, but never sold, so he said he would pay double if I can find them at that price..so I replied and told him if he would like the stock ones I have (i need to find them) to paypal me $160 and they are his lol.

well ithink there is just people who go on ebay and pay for something off ripp o i wanna say dumb people but those are the ones who just swipe there cards just to get it over with there are many things off ebay people buy 2 or 3 times over priced
