Billet 67 (6765), hands down. That's what I'm sold on as of now. I'd skip the 6265 as it seems to act just like a regular 67 in spool up and power levels (which isn't bad, it just doesn't seem like anything amazing). The 6262 with a bigger exhaust housing might be good though. I've seen as much hp as a 6265 with quicker spool.

Here's one
S366
20 psi
94 Octane
3 inch exhaust
.83 housing undivided
2jzgte stock jdm cams
521whp 510 Tq.

Its all in the context.
Please don't mistake me for putting down the billet precisions, or any other turbo for that matter.
Lets just try to give the OP a better understanding on the options he has.

Please state fuel and psi. People seem to just spout out horse power figures without saying the full story.

Here's some 800+whp billet 6765 w/ .96 a/r graph's from Supraforums to add some food for thought. As you can see, they both spool fast and make lotsa power.
Here's a friend of mine's "Supra Shaun" on SF

This is OHRLY's graph on 28 psi. He said:
"It made 801rwhp/760rwtq at 28psi on an AEM tuned by Chris Hamilton"

thanks for the graphs guys, that helped out quiet a bit. Im trying to see if anyone has a dynograph of the GTK that I can use in comparison, but it doesnt seem to be a very popular turbo with the "tuner" cars, but more with the F-body Mustang owners.
But the sheets CP posted are leaning more towards what I am aiming for. You wouldnt happen to beable to get a hold of his fuel setup and what fuel he was using at the time would you?

I had a feeling it was going to be e85...the closest place to me for e85 is houston, so I need to determine what fuel I can obtain easily. Upgrading fuel components isnt a problem, but for now I think the 6765 is the final decision..
as for the fuel, the highest I have seen on pump (94oct) was 698rwhp on a GTE..Im just concerned that the fuel may limit my goals/numbers and Im trying to avoid meth injection.
