Default Canadian Spec SC400 DRL

Hi there i've searched the forum for a couple of days i havent been able to find any answers to disable the DRL for a canadian spec SC400, basically my DRL and my night time driving lights are exactly the same, the only thing that changes when i turn the light switch is the radio and climate control lights comes on. So any canadian sc400 out there that has disabled their DRL? if so please let me know how thanks!~

When I import older American cars into Canada I have a guy that installs DRL for $50, not sure about the opposite though..

Try posting in the Canada section. Might have better luck in there

it sounds like you may have an aftermarket DRL already in the car. my running lights are the two center lights with the two smaller auxillary bulbs in the two outer light housings. and when i turn on the regular lights just the two outer main lights shine. if you can find a relay in your fuse panel that doesn't seem OEM you may be able to switch that out to a US kind to get rid of them
