I'm gonna have to say stock 97+ sides and rear w/ the front lip is the cleanest.

i like it simple like that but if your going add lips i think you need to match the length of the bumpers and skirts. big win lip comes down more than the 97+ rear bumper. need to balance that out with lips all around imo.

Big win wid stock 97 sides is the way to go if you plan on going for a flush stance. This was my ideal path before I was totaled. lol the slight height difference isnt that much only if you may very close attention to it. on a black car, its very hard to tell.

Remember guys that if we get enough people to post on the shine forum that we would be highly interested in buying the front lip they will make a replica of it and sell it to us for a better price than the real one. If enough people post it is possible just like the shine auto couture kit. If you don't know how to get to their site just let me know and I will send you the link.

I've already asked Shine. I think if there were like 20 people who said they were committed, they'd probably make it. It's not even so much the cost/availability aspect of the BigWin lip that steers me away from it, it's the fact that it's fiberglass and if I hit something, it will crack and I don't want to be "that" car on the road with a cracked $500 lip...

If it's fiberglass I don't want it, but send me the link maybe we could talk them into making the lip out of abs?

If they only need 20 people to make it official then we need to get on the ball!!! Hahaha.....I know for a fact we have at least 20 people who would want that lip on their car so the faster we get people to post in their forum the faster we can get the lip!!! Come on everybody lets make this happen!!!

CL will not allow me to post their direct link but type in shineauto in your search bar and click on their website ****************, then click on forums, then toyota/lexus under shine auto project products, then product request discussion, the thread on the big win lip is there.

It will be made out of their version of an abs plastic so it will not crack. Post on their so we can get this thing off the ground and get serious

Well maybe I worded that wrong. I mentioned something about it to Shine about making a replica and nothing came of it because I don't think he sounded interested though he said a lot of people have asked for it.

I meant theoretically I would think as a business trying to make money, it'd be probably worth it to them to mold a run of replica lips if 20 people pre paid and committed to buying the lips. I don't see why they'd turn it down because 20 is a pretty good # to shoot for. Maybe they'd take 20, maybe they want 50, ya know? But I'd love to see it happen, price dependent and wait-time dependent because having it in the flexi fiberglass urethane -whatever the stuff is that they use- would make me feel a lot safer about putting a lip on my car that is gonna be low.

Ahhh....I hear you on that one. Well I think you are right though....20 sounds like a pretty good number to me. I'm sure they have sold right around 20 or more Auto Couture kits by now and that may be the big money maker for them for awhile since everyone will have one by now.

I talked with Carson toyota and they are not budging on their price for the lip on l tuned so its up to shine to make one more affordable for me now in the mean time.

unfortunately i can't seem to activate my account on the shine forum, but I'd definitely be interested, even if it's just the fronts. seems like it'd go pretty nicely with the shine/vertex sides/rears that they also make anyway.
