Slam it, get some BBS/Volk/Work wheels with low offsets and a lip kit.

tom you have to learn that you cant post on here about ride height without someone from either end of the spectrum getting butthurt about being too low or not. regardless, get some offroad tires and ill see you out on the mountain trails

i think its just simple stock ride height = fine on stock car... any rims/mods = start lowering it for a better overall look. how much you lower depends on your comfort zone/road conditions/daily route.

wheres your bags tom? o_O

no, but to have Sportier handling, yes, they do. and "SC" does stand for "Sports Car", so it would be ideal to replace/upgrade with Sports components.

DON'T DRIVE AN SC in those conditions. Thats not what its meant for. Drive a jeep, SUV or some other 4x4 rugged vehicle. That's why many people only drive their SC in the summer/good weather, to fully enjoy what the car was intended for.

simple: Drive carefully. i dodge potholes and go slow sideways on speed bumps every single day.

SC factory suspension feels like pure sluggish **** to me. i'm one of the many people who prefer to lower the car's center of gravity(thus improving handling/minimizing body roll) and i feel more 'comfortable' when i feel the road more. 'Comfort' is subjective.

there's technically no need to do any mods to an SC either, if that's the case.

Because it improves certain aspects of a sports car and makes it look sexy. did i just say sexy? yes, SEXY.

because this is forum where 99% of the owners on here use the database/info to somehow assist with ideas in which to modify their sc's. But I guarantee every SC you see on the road is not modded. Its typically a rare sight.

you just said it yourself: "just plain can't afford..."

I hope i answered all your aching questions.
