I have an 02 es300 steering wheel I would like to put on my sc400 and I need to know what air bags fit this particular steering wheel.

I think Camry, ES, GS, RX, SC430 all had that type of wheel at some point, but you'll need the single stage version of the airbag that fits on there. If your car is < 99 and you don't want to cut off the connector from your old airbag, you'll need an adapter. I think most of the cars up to 01 had single stage airbags. If it has a red and a black connector = dual stage, one yellow/white connector = single stage. The airbag looks like this:
