Default how to change tailight?

well i just finished my car and i noticed their is a blown tail light, just wondering how do you get the old one out?

what the whole tail light is blown? or a single bulb or i dont really understand the question do you want instructions on how to change a bulb or the entire tail light?

open the trunk
pull off the plastic piece that sits on top where the trunk hinge goes in (becareful not to break and tabs
pull the trunk lining right behing the tail lights
There are 4x 8mm nuts that hold each tail-light.
loosen them and pull tail-light out.

That should help. Cant really write a DIY that good at the moment.

If its the right side, you have to unbolt the lock assembly from the tail light. If that latch rod gets in the way of the bolt backing out, pop the yellow rod-lock off of the rod and pull the latch rod out. Dont forget to re-install it when you put the tail light back in.

lol thanks....turns out i just have 3 bolts....and the bulbs werent burnt out their just werrent any their..lol had to buy 12 bulbes today....register guy at walmart must have thought man this guy likes his bulbs...lol :d

so now, none of the lights work...lol (my guess is a blown fuse) oww and by the way the bulbs walmart tells u to get are the wrong ones
