Honestly, any car is expensive to mod when you compare it to a Civic..

What were your plans for the car anyway?

Sell to someone who appreciates it as a Lexus and go buy yourself a civic with a big *** fart can on the back.

Keep it. If you sell it, you'll regret it. Especially if you get a Civic.

Owning an SC300 is the closest your going to get to a MK4 Supra, so why even compare it to a Civic?? You currently own a car that uses one of the largest aftermarket supported engines known for making high hp/tq, and it shares the same suspension parts of the famed MK4 TT Supra, so with that being said, no things arent going to be cheap..

Think of it this way, most Civics dream of 600whp, your 2JZ-GE will do that without having to sleeve the block, piston changes, block braces, Frankenstein B20/B16/B18 builds, etc..the 2JZ has an average hp out put at low boost that most hondas see only at high boost with a full build..so technically your SC is cheaper.

don't sell it

first restore it, and let your appreciation begin there

then let the mods begin. mines has been a real slow build for over a year now

is it in that bad of a condition?

I think SC's do tend to get boring if you don't have the money to do stuff you want.. Sounds like you bought it not really thinking about actual costs..

I'd say sell it and get something your comfortable with.

If you would honestly rather have a Civic. Do it. Be happy, and be gay.

SC's are somewhat boring unless you have an SC + about $5,000 to play with.

Once you go turbo, there are so many things to play with, you really can't get bored.
